Customer

The customer undertakes to comply with these conditions when purchasing products and services from Onnen Laineet Oy Internet services.

Booking terms

These terms apply to products and services that can be rented and reserved. Collectively these are referred to as "objects".
The acommodation day starts at 2 pm and ends at 12 pm.

Booking

  • The customer is responsible for familiarizing him/herself with the description and instructions of the reservation objects and the conditions relater to the reservation.

  • The reservation made by the the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email adress provided by the customer.

  • The customer pays the reservation according to the payment method he/she has chosen, following the terms and conditions of the payment method.

  • The reservation system sends the order/payment confirmation to the email adress provided by the customer.

  • Onnen Laineet Oy is not responsible for failed reservation, but the customer must immediately contact Onnen Laineet Oy to rectify the situation.

  • Onnen Laineet Oy does not quarantee that the object is still available in this situation.

  • If the object is not available, the money will be returned, or if possible, other object will be offered instead.

Cancellations and changes

  • The cancellation date is the day Onnen Laineet Oy has recieved the information of the cancellation.

  • The customer is responsible for sending the cancelation in sufficient time.

  • Reservations for less than a week, if the customer cancels the reservation,

    • when there are 7 days or more before the start of the booking, delivery costs will be charged for the booking. Delivery costs are €20 (incl. VAT 24 %)

    • when there is less than 7 days, but at least 2 days before the start of the booking, 50 % of the rental price of the object will be charged

    • when there is less than 2 days before the start of the booking, the full rentall price will be charged

  • Reservations for one week, if the customer cancels the reservation,

    • when there are 30 days or more before the start of the booking, 10 % of the rental price of the object will be charged

    • when there are 7 days before the start of the booking, 50 % of the rental price of the object will be charged.

    • after this the full rental price will be charged

Owners right to cancel the reservation

  • In case of force majeure, Onnen Laineet Oy can cancel the reservation. The customer who rented the object will be notified of the cancellation of the reservation without delay.

  • In that case, the customer has the right to get the rent he/she paid back in full.

  • Force majeure -esteen takia irtisanotusta vuokrasopimuksesta asiakkaalle mahdollisesti syntyneitä kuluja ei korvata.

Keys

  • In the payment confirmation, the customer is provided with instructions about the key and how to pick it up.

  • The customer returns the object's keys according to the instructions he received. By default, the key is returned at the end of the reservation to the same place where it was picked up at the beginning of the reservation.

  • For a lost or unreturned key, the owner has the right to charge all the costs of re-serializing or changing the locks in full, however at least 100 euros.

Use of the object

  • The object is defined in the object description

  • During the rental period, the customer has the right to use the object and its equipment as well as separately defined services.

  • If the booker notices any deficiencies or other things to point out in the destination, he must immediately inform Onnen Laineet Oy during the vacation.

  • The customer takes care of the object's cleanliness and waste removal during the rental period and after it ends.

  • The customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the object at the end of the reservation.

  • If the customer has left the object uncleaned, Onnen Laineet Oy will invoice the costs incurred for cleaning the object in full, however at least 80 euros.

  • The object is used by the customer during the time specified in the object description.

  • Pets (Nikolai's cabin)

    • Pets must be mentioned to the lessor when booking.

    • The booker is fully responsible and liable for damages caused by their pets.

    • Pet owners should pay special attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation.

    • Allowing pets in accommodation facilities is always marked separately.

    • The property's yard must be left in a clean condition at the end of the rental period, and pet waste must be collected before leaving the property.

Damage compensation

  • The customer is obliged to compensate the damages she/he has caused to the rental object to Onnen Laineet Oy. The person making the reservation is also responsible for all persons at the rental object and the premises throughout the rental period. Fireworks are not allowed around Nikolai's hut.

  • Onnen Laineet Oy is not liable for reimbursing any costs caused to the customer by nature occurrences, such as weather, animals or insects.

Complaints/reclamation

  • Any reclamation must be filed as soon as possible after the contemptible event has occurred.

  • Should the event remain unsolved or a compensation demand has been filed, the reclamation must be sent in a written form within one month from the end of the reservation period.

  • Onnen Laineet Oy aspire to address and handle the reclamation as soon as possible, latest within one month after the reclamation has been received.

  • If the customer and Onnen Laineet Oy cannot reach an agreement, the customer may forward the reclamation to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajanvalitus lautakunta)

    Payment terms

  • Onnen Laineet Oy uses reliable and safe payment intermediaries in its services.

  • Onnen Laineet Oy does not store bank connection or credit card information at any time.

  • The customer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method.

  • Payment by Onnen Laineet Oy invoice (mainly companies and organizations). Contact Onnen Laineet Oy if you want to pay by invoice.

Payment

Visma Pay acts as the payment intermediary for the online store (Visma Payments Oy, y-code 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods

Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit). Käytettävissä ovat seuraavat maksutavat: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- ja Debit MasterCard -kortit, sekä Jousto, Fellow Lasku ja Fellow Yrityslasku.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application's settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

General instructions

  • The prices shown in the online service include VAT.

  • We apply dynamic pricing in accommodation. Prices depend on the time and vary monthly, weekly and daily.

  • We sell products to adults and corporate customers.

  • We reserve the right to change prices.

  • The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide.

  • Onnen Laineet Oy has the right to use and hand over registered address information for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion surveys, unless the customer forbids this. The ban can be made to the contact information mentioned in the terms and conditions.

  • We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
